With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and over 20 years of professional experience creating meaningful and innovative strategic partnerships, Juan Gabriel De Jesus, has a knack for the community and communications. Juan’s unique leadership style combines both old-school and modern values which has allowed him the opportunity to work over 18 years in management positions including being the Former Director of Public Relations Liaison to Thessalonica Christina Church; Former Assistant Director of Business Development and Managed Care for the Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center, former Marketing Manager for The Wayne Center along with serving as the Chairman of Segundo Ruiz Belvis in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx.
Since 2001, Juan has been a key part of the team at the 40th Precinct Community Council. As President since 2011, his role as a leader continues as he works daily to help bridge the relationship
between the Community and the NYPD. He has collaborated with others to bring awareness of the epidemic of substance abuse to the community while educating them on their basic human rights along with hosting various events, activities and initiatives including drug awareness forums and walks, domestic violence workshops and senior abuse seminars where free services are available to the community residents, merchants, clergy, local organizations, senior citizens, and most importantly the youth.
Currently, Juan is working full time as the Director of Marketing with Schervier Rehab & Nursing and volunteering his time as the Deputy Chief Director and Director of Investigations for the United Chaplains State of New York, and also sits on the Board of BPHN Inc. as the interim Treasurer. Juan also owns and operates his own companies, JG Elite Consulting Group Inc., an organization where he plans high-end corporate and social events and The Bronx Community Partnership Council, Inc., which is dedicated to creating meaningful and sustainable partnerships within the community through events, activities and collaborations with law enforcement, faith based organizations and youth groups.
Juan is a loving husband to his beautiful wife Christine and the proud Father of his two sons, Gabriel and Josiah all living in the Soundview Section of The Bronx.
