JUST Health — Adults

The JUST Health (Jobs Undeniably Secure and Transcend) Employment Initiative is a comprehensive workforce pathway helping people living with HIV gain meaningful employment and long-term stability. Grounded in justice and equity, it recognizes that employment is directly related to health and housing status.

Clients receiving services through HSNY’s Emergency Housing Program get job readiness training, connection to employment opportunities, retention incentives, and employment goals aligned with their individual health and housing needs.

Referrals and eligibility

JUST Health referrals come through HSNY’s Emergency Housing Program. Eligibility is based on program criteria and participant engagement with HSNY services.
