Our Programs
Homelessness is a journey. So is the path out of it.
Our programs are designed to support individuals, families, and youth at every stage of that journey, from immediate shelter and basic needs to long-term housing stability and independence. Rather than offering simple shelter and isolated services, HSNY provides a coordinated continuum of care that meets people where they are and evolves as their needs change.

Not isolated services. A coordinated continuum of care.
Clients may first enter HSNY through temporary or transitional housing, where safety and stability are prioritized. From there, they can access food and nutrition support, physical and behavioral health services, youth and family programming, workforce training and opportunities, in addition to pathways to supportive and permanent housing. Each program works hand in hand with the others, creating a holistic support system that treats the whole person, not just their housing status, and addresses the underlying barriers causing their instability.
This integrated approach allows HSNY to respond to the complex realities of homelessness while keeping the ultimate goal in focus: helping people move from crisis to stability and remain housed for the long term.
