The Senior Residential Aide (SRA) provides direct oversight and supervision of assigned Residential Aides (RAs) during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and a safe, structured environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The SRA is responsible for supervising the RA staff. The SRA is responsible and accountable for delegating tasks, resolving issues, and managing day-to-day activities across assigned sites, demonstrating effective leadership and operational management. SRAs are also responsible and accountable for monitoring HRA/HASA clients, supporting program compliance, and ensuring all facility protocols are followed. EHPMP-assigned SRAs must hold F80 licensure, and all SRAs maintain food safety certification to assist with meal handling and distribution as needed.
